Tim Reeve

Tim Reeve has served as Chief Sales Officer at Bawat since January 2025. He is responsible for leading the company’s global sales strategy and driving the commercial growth of Bawat’s sustainable ballast water treatment solutions.

Tim has extensive experience at the intersection of maritime engineering, energy innovation and commercial strategy. Before joining Bawat, he spent more than nine years at A.P. Moller – Maersk, most recently as Head of Future Power and Energy Solutions. In this role, he worked with energy efficiency, decarbonisation and the development of future energy solutions for the maritime industry.

His previous positions also include Senior Project Manager at A.P. Moller – Maersk, Engineering Manager at Teekay Couplings Limited and Platform Systems Manager at Babcock International Group.

Tim holds a First-Class Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Engineering from Newcastle University. He has also completed the Leadership Excellence Program at Edinburgh Napier University.
